Jim is a NYS & CT licensed professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in the land development industry, with a focus on all aspects of residential and commercial site development.

Jim has worked in both the private and public sectors including several years as a senior public health engineer providing guidance to residents, engineers and contractors in the community.

Jim graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration on Environmental Engineering.
